2 c water
1 c quinoa
1/4 tsp allspice
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Recipe Directions for Quinoa with Flax

Place quinoa, water, allspice, and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cover pan and simmer on low heat for 20 min, until quinoa is tender.
