0.5 cup (uncooked) Quinoa
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Flat Bread

  1. Ingredients

  2. 1 cup raw quinoa, pulsed in a grinder or food processor

  3. 1 cup whole wheat flour or brown rice flour

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 cup water

  6. salt and pepper to taste

  7. Directions

  8. Mix the processed quinoa, flour, egg, water, salt and pepper and let it soak for an hour.

  9. Heat a greased pan over medium heat.

  10. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the center of the pan, cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
