Recipe Ingredients for quinoa dish

1 1/2 c quinoa
1/2 c almonds, toasted
3 T olive oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 c golden raisins
1 c onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for quinoa dish

  1. cook quinoa, with salt, according to package directions. drain and set aside to cool.

  2. saute onions, garlic and raisins. add garlic and raisins after onions are already golden.

  3. Add cooked quinoa, cinnamon and almonds. stir, with a light touch, to combine. Enjoy.
