Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa with dill (without dill)

250 grams Tomatoes
100 grams Natural Brown Rice
140 grams Quinoa
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Quinoa with dill (without dill)

Cut tomatoes in half, drizzle in oil and roast/grill for 12-15 mins. Set aside. Fry onions (and 3 sticks of celery, chopped, if available) with 1tsp cumin seed until onions are golden. Add quinoa, rice and stock. Bring to boil, then cover and simmer until rice is cooked (15-20 mins). Add tomatoes and serve with white fish.
