Comfort food. Basic recipe, Add vanilla, cinnamon, and fruit for sweet version. Things like cooked sweet onions, spinach for savory version. Easily dried and makes a great breakfast or snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Custard

1 1/2 cups quinoa
3 cups water
4 cups 2 % milk
8 eggs

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Custard

  1. Cook Quinoa over medium heat in water unitl water abosorbed (about 15 minutes)

  2. Pour cooked Quinoa in a light oilied baking dish.

  3. Throughly mix Eggs and Milk

  4. Pour milk/eggs over quinoa and mix

  5. Bake at 300 for about 2 hours or until set.
