1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter
3/4 cup quinoa
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rice flour

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Crispy Cookies, yum

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix margarine, brown sugar, almond butter, honey, and vanilla.

  3. Add dry ingredients

  4. mix well

  5. drop tablespoon sized cookies on greased cookie sheet

  6. bake and 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until light brown
