Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa and Chickpea Salad

1 c uncooked quinoa
15 oz Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
3 oz Chevrotine Goat Cheese Feta
1/2 c green onions
1/2 c pine nuts
1/4 c mint
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Quinoa and Chickpea Salad

  1. Cook 1 c. quinoa, cool.

  2. Chop mint, green onions.

  3. Add rinsed chick peas, mint, onions, pine nuts, goat cheese to cooled quinoa.

  4. Add oil and vinegar and stir.
