Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Casserole

2 cups cooked quinoa
6 mushrooms
1 teaspoon garlic
2 cups red bell pepper
4 oz steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup cheese

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Saute garlic, perrpers and mushrooms in olive oil

  3. slice steak into strips and add to vegtables.

  4. Mix 2 cups cooked quinoa and 1/2 of the cheese in a casserole dish. Add the vegtable and steak mixture. Top with rest of the cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
