Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa & carrot spice muffins

1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c wheat bran
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon ground Flaxseeds
1 cup grated carrot
1 tbsp tahini
2 cups Cooked Quinoa
1/4 c raw sugar
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Quinoa & carrot spice muffins

  2. Mix the wet with the dry, gently combine, bake in 12-cup muffin pan for about 25-30 mins or until lightly golden on top, and toothpick/skewer comes out clean.
