Recipe Ingredients for quinoa, broccoli and squash

0.5 cup Quinoa
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Onions
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for quinoa, broccoli and squash

  1. quinoa - 1/4 cup uncooked

  2. onions - 1 cup

  3. broccoli - 1 cup

  4. zucchini - 1 cup

  5. stir fry onions in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Add broccoli and squash. Add a few drops of sesame oil. Add juice from 1/4 fresh lemon. Season with fresh ground pepper.

  6. Cook quinoa 10 - 12 minutes in 1/2 cup of water (until translucent)

  7. Mix ingredients together, serve warm. Add more lemon and pepper to tasted.

  10. add mushrooms.

  11. add sliced green or red bell peppers

  12. touch of crushed garlic if you like.
