Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa and Broccoli

0.5 cup dry Food You Feel Good About Red Quinoa
1 cup Chicken Stock
2.5 cup Broccoli
1 tbsp Butter
0.07 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup Chicken Stock
3 slices Cheese Slices
1 oz Romano Cheese

Recipe Directions for Quinoa and Broccoli

  1. Cook quinoa in 1 cup of chicken stock.

  2. Combine butter and flour over medium heat. Continuously stirring for two minutes. Slowly add milk while whisking and then the rest of the chicken stock.

  3. Boil broccoli in 1 cup of salted water for 4 minutes.

  4. Over low heat, slowly drop in cheese. Stir until completely melted before adding more cheese.

  5. Combine the quinoa, broccoli and sauce, folding gently until fully combined.

  6. Place in oven proof baking dish and top with romano cheese.

  7. Bake at 375 for twenty to thirty minutes or until browned and bubbly.
