255 grams Quinoa
4 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Natural Fresh Garlic
8 oz Mushrooms
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Broccoli Casserole

cook Quinoa in 3 cups of water. fry onion and mushroom, steam broccoli to preferred tenderness, mix ingredients in a bowl put in greased 9X13 pan and bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
