Recipe Ingredients for quinoa breakfast

1/4 cup Quinoa
0.25 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
5 raspberries Raspberries
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup Soymilk Light Vanilla

Recipe Directions for quinoa breakfast

  1. Ingredients

  2. cup cooked quinoa

  3. cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk

  4. 1 tbsp maple syrup

  5. 2 tsp Goji berries

  6. 2 tsp raw walnuts

  7. banana, sliced up

  8. Sprinkle of cinnamon and/or nutmeg

  9. Directions

  10. Combine quinoa, milk, honey and Goji berries in a small saucepan and place over a medium low heat. Once the mixture comes to a boil, turn it down to a simmer and allow it to cook for about five minutes or so or until the porridge has thickened a bit and is heated through.

  11. Stir in walnuts and bananas and top with cinnamon and nutmeg? Enjoy!

  12. Serves 1.
