This is what I like to do when I have left-over quinoa.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Breakfast Pilaf

0.5 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
1/3 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.333 cup Slivered Almonds
1 tbsp Walnut Oil
2 serving Distilled Apple Cider Vinegar
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Breakfast Pilaf

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Chill. Enjoy!

  2. (Sometimes I replace the vinegar with orange juice and use half the brown sugar...also VERY delicious.)
