Quick and easy one dish meal. This is tasty, vegan, gluten-free and super nutritious.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Bowl

1.5 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
3 serving Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth
16 oz Kale
2 cup Steam n' Mash Cut Sweet Potatoes
2 clove Garlic
1 serving Tamari
0.1 serving Cayenne Pepper

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Bowl

Mix quinoa with vegetable broth and bag of frozen kale. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the liquid was absorbed. In the meantime, cook the sweet potatoes according to directions. When the kale/quinoa is done, stir in the sweet potatoes and season to taste.
