Recipe Ingredients for quinoa and black beans

1 serving Quinoa
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
3.25 cup Chicken Stock
1.5 cup Black Beans, Organic
1.5 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium White Onion
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for quinoa and black beans

saute olive oil, onion and garlic. put in 3/4 of quinoa and 1/2 cup of brown rice. cover with chicken stock. bring to boil and cover for 20 min. add remaining ingredients.
