Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa and Black Beans

1 cup Quinoa
1.5 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/10 grams Cumin Seed
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Quinoa and Black Beans

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in oil.

  2. Stir in quinioa

  3. Cover with broth and add spices.

  4. bring to boil and reduce heat.

  5. simmer for 20 minutes covered

  6. stir in beans and corn

  7. salt, pepper, lime and sour cream to taste.
