248 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup Quinoa

Recipe Directions for quinoa black beans

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Rinse Quinoa.

  3. Chop veggies.

  4. Saute veggies.

  5. Add 2 C water and quinoa and spices to pan.

  6. Transfer to oiled baking dish.

  7. Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes.
