15 oz tomatoes
1 cup quinoa
1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp kosher salt

  2. in a separate pan sautee onion and garlic

  3. add bell pepper

  4. add tomatoes and black beans

  5. season to taste
