Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Black Bean Salad

1 cup uncooked quinoa
2 cup water
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 fruit+2"+dia limes
1 tsp cumin
1 1/5 tsp red pepper flakes
19 oz can black beans
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
5 green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Black Bean Salad

Simmer the quinoa in the water until water is absorbed. Allow to cool. Whisk EVOO and lime juice with spices and mix with quinoa and remaining ingredients.
