Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Black Bean Salad

0.33 cup Quinoa
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
0.25 tsp Cumin Seed
0.25 tsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
2 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup Black Beans
2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.25 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red, Freeze-dried

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Black Bean Salad

  1. Boil quinoa according to package directions. Cool

  2. Mix together olive oil, lime juice, scallions, cumin and coriander.

  3. Add remainder ingredients.

  4. Chill.
