Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

15 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.25 cup Quinoa
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 large Egg, White
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

Boil quinoa in 1/2 cup water until tender and water has been absorbed. Mash the black beans with a fork. Mix all the ingredients and form into 5 patties. Cook patties in hot olive oil about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
