Cheesy Quinoa Bites for snack. Dip into your favorite sauce. Makes ~28 bites. Nutritional info is per bite.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Bites

1/2 cup Quinoa
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Egg Whites
1 cup, grated Carrots
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/10 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Bites

  1. Use any vegies you like;

  2. Use any herbs you like to taste;

  3. salt & pepper;

  4. Mix all together & put 1T into mini muffin tin or on cookie sheet;

  5. Bake in preheated 350deg oven for 15-20 mins
