1/4 cup Quinoa Flakes
1/4 cup Organic Quinoa Flour Gluten Free
1 egg
1 banana
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

  3. combine wet and dry ingredients

  4. spoon into mini muffin tins
