Recipe Ingredients for quince dish

800 g quince
100 g brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
50 ml corn oil
1/4 cup red wine
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for quince dish

  1. fry (or steam, or broil) the sliced quinces

  2. caramelize the sugar, add the wine, and water and flour, and mix

  3. add the fried quinces

  4. bring to a boil for 12-15 min
