A quick and tasty use for canned salmon

Recipe Ingredients for Quick'N Easy Salmon Patties

16 ounce canned salmon
1 medium onion
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup corn meal

Recipe Directions for Quick'N Easy Salmon Patties

  1. Drain Salmon;; set aside 2 tablespoons of the liquid

  2. In a medium bow mix salmon, egg and onion. Stir in flour and cornmeal.

  3. Add baking powder to the reserved liquid and add to the salmon mixture.

  4. Form into 8 small patties and cook in pan sprayed with Pam.

  5. Serving is 2 small patties.
