Recipe Ingredients for Quickie Stir Fry

400 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
250 g cauliflower
175 g broccoli
200 g peas
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Quickie Stir Fry

  1. In wok on high heat, saute, oil, ginger and garlic.

  2. Add meat and veggies.

  3. Serve over rice (add it later with food log)
