Wholewheat noodles in chicken broth with vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Wholewheat Noodle & Veggie Soup

8 g Chicken Flavor Bouillon
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 g ginger, bruised
500 ml water
30 g carrot, sliced
30 g iceberg lettuce, chopped
25 g spinach, roughly chopped
5 g spring onion, sliced
30 g Blue Dragon Wholewheat Noodle Nests
1/8 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Quick Wholewheat Noodle & Veggie Soup

  1. Bring to boil water, stock cube, ginger and garlic.

  2. Add noodles and cook for 2 mins.

  3. Add carrots and cook for 1 min.

  4. Add in spinach, lettuce and spring onions and cook for 2 min.

  5. Pour into a serving bowl and drizzle in sesame oil.
