a quick wheatless bread type item. can add more sweetner for a sweet bread for flavorings for say bannana bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick White Bread

2 scoop Whey Protein Powder
2 large Egg, White
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
2 oz Fat Free Half and Half
3 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Quick White Bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl

  2. Mix all liquid ingredients in large bowl: than add dry ingredients and mix with a hand mixer for one minute.

  3. Pour into sprayed loaf pan

  4. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes

  5. Slice into 8 thick slices.
