Excellent and simple recipe is so delicious. We had it with Fresh Water Bass and even mixed it in with the spinach! Very fresh and yummy! We did not use salt, although the original recipe calls for it. Wasn't necessary at all!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Weeknight Salsa (From Daisy, Morning, Noon and Night) - Great with Fish

1/2 cup Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 Spanish onion, chopped
2 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
67 g Lime, (2-in. lime) juiced
1 T Olive Oil
14 g Jalapeno, (1 small pepper) minced
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Weeknight Salsa (From Daisy, Morning, Noon and Night) - Great with Fish

  1. Stir tomato, onion and cilantro together in a small bowl.

  2. Stir in lime juice, olive oil and chile pepper.

  3. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Refrigerate while preparing fish.
