Recipe Ingredients for Quick Waffles (Plain)

3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Quick Waffles (Plain)

  1. Beat whole eggs in a bowl until thick.

  2. Beat milk and vanilla into eggs.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Sift into the egg mixture, and mix well.

  4. Stir in the melted butter.

  5. If desired, stir in chocolate chips and cut-up berries.

  6. Pour into waffle iron. Don't over-fill; the waffles will expand.
