Super quick dressing that can be made with items you likely already have in your cabinets.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Vinegarette

1/4 cup canola oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Vinegarette

  1. Add all ingredients to a small plastic container.

  2. Shake for 30 seconds to combine thoroughly.

  3. Drizzle about 1 1/2 Tbsp over one large salad, toss and enjoy.
