easy veggie soup, can sub chicken broth for veg broth or just water and make it vegan :)

Recipe Ingredients for quick veggie soup

1 medium Tomatoes
1/2 large Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 chicke broth cube
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
150 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 medium (4-1/2" long) Pepper, Banana
1 cup, grated Carrots
1 1/2 cup Frozen Italian Or Romano Green Beans

Recipe Directions for quick veggie soup

  1. chop all vegetables into cubed small pieces

  2. add oil to pot on med heat

  3. add onion pepper celery and carrot and sautee

  4. add tomato and potato and broth cube

  5. add desired amount of water (about 2 cups for me) let simmer until potatoes are tender and add frozed green beans bring bck up to a simmer season and serve
