Recipe Ingredients for Quick Veggie Soup

15 oz crushed tomatoes
15 oz diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken stock
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic
30 oz mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Quick Veggie Soup

  1. Place the onions and garlic in your soup pot and cook until tender

  2. Add all other ingredients

  3. Cook over low heat until warmed, or for a better soup, about 2 hours
