High protein, high fiber, high flavor chili. You won't miss the meat!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Veggie Chili

1 cup black beans
1 cup red beans
1 cup garbanzo beans
1 cup corn
1 tbsp green chiles
2 cans tomato puree
1 can tomato paste
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 cup beef stock

Recipe Directions for Quick Veggie Chili

  1. Chop onion and garlic and saute in the canola oil till tender.

  2. Add all ingredients to a crock pot.

  3. Stir together.

  4. Simmer on low a minimum of two hours (4 hours is better) and enjoy!
