1 Canned tomatoes
4 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for Quick vegetable soup

  1. Peel and chop onion and carrots

  2. Open canned tomatoes and put in large saucepan

  3. Add vegetables and herbs along with enough boiling water to just cover

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes

  5. Allow to cool then blend until smooth
