Use canned crushed or chopped tomatoes (about 1/4 or 1/3 of a can) it wouldn't let me log it as a can so I had to put regular tomatoes!!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Vegetable chilli

3 tomatoes
1 serving pams four bean mix
1 red pepper
1 grated carrot
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Quick Vegetable chilli

  1. Put it all in a pan together and mix until hot - so simple!!!

  2. Add whatever veges you have in the fridge that need using.

  3. Eat it in a wrap, with brown rice or with a salad, so quick when you are in a rush :-)
