Recipe Ingredients for Quick Vege Stir Fry

1/2 yellow onion, chopped
6 oz snow peas
3 med carrots, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 oz porcini mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Quick Vege Stir Fry

Use wok. Add oil. Hot, add onions, then carrots, then peppers, then celery, then mushrooms and snow peas. Cook till ready.
