Recipe Ingredients for Quick Veg Soup

67 ounces water
5 stalks celery, diced
3 medium onions, diced
5 cloves garlic, crushed
16 baby carrots, sliced
1 cup tortellini
5 plum tomatoes, diced

Recipe Directions for Quick Veg Soup

  1. Dice celery, carrots and onions and sautee until medium soft

  2. Add diced tomatoes and crushed garlic

  3. Add two litres water and cook for 40 minutes

  4. Add tortellini and some veg stock powder if broth needs a kick.
