1/2 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
14 1/2 oz (1 can) diced tomatoes, canned
7 1/4 oz (1/2 can) vegetable stock

Recipe Directions for Quick Tomato Soup

  1. Sautee onion until soft in skillet using non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Puree all ingredients in food processor.

  3. Add no-calorie sweetener to taste (about 1/2 packet).

  4. Serve hot or cold.
