Tacos for when everyone is hungry now

Recipe Ingredients for Quick tacos

16 oz Ground Turkey Lean
1 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
9 tsp Seasoning Mix
1/2 medium head Lettuce Iceberg
6 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
10 tbsp Salsa Verde
6 tortilla Hand Made Style Corn Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Quick tacos

in a 14" Fry pan, brown 1package ground turkey over med. heat. Add 1 can drained red kidney beans, 3T taco seasoning (try Penzeys) and 1 cup water. simmer until most of the water is gone. Wash and thinly slice 1/2 head iceberg lettuce. Chop 1 or 2 tomatoes. Toast tortillas over low heat in a non stick skillet until soft and slightly browned. sprinkle tortillas with cheese, fill with taco meat, tomatoes, lettuce and salsa. If you want to be really good, skip the tortillas and conbine the rest of the ingredients as a salad.
