Recipe Ingredients for Quick Sunday Omlette

2 large Egg, White
0.5 serving Mellan Mjolk
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 oz Gouda Cheese
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, White
1 g Cumin Powder
0.13 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Quick Sunday Omlette

  1. saute the onions in EVOO

  2. Add the vegetables, salt and spices to the pans once the onions begin to soften

  3. Mix the egg whites and milk ina separate bowl. Add salt and remaining spice.

  4. Pour egg mixture over the vegetables.

  5. Once the egg is firm and cooked, add the cheese on top and leave until melted.
