Recipe Ingredients for Quick Summer Veggie Spaghetti

175 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 cup onions, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
227 g mushrooms, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
50 g Jalapenos, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 Zucchini, chopped
100 g artichoke, chopped
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp fresh Basil
2 tbsp Fresh Oregano
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Summer Veggie Spaghetti

  1. Boil Spaghetti

  2. Saute Onions, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini in olive oil for 10 minutes.

  3. Add spaghetti, artichoke and seasoning.

  4. Serve
