Recipe Ingredients for Quick Spinach and Blue Cheese Calzones

13 4/5 oz pillsbury pizza crust
6 oz baby spinach
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
4 oz blue cheese
1 medium onion
1 medium red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Spinach and Blue Cheese Calzones

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Unroll dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray

  3. cut into 4 quarters. Pat each quarter into a 6 x 5-inch rectangle.

  4. Slice the onion, mushrooms and red pepper and saute in a nonstick pan.

  5. Top each rectangle with 1 cup spinach, sauteed vegetables, and 1 ounce cheese.

  6. Bring 2 opposite corners to center, pinching points to seal. Bring remaining 2 corners to center, pinching all points together to seal.

  7. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until golden.
