Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Spicy Tomato Soup (Giada Di Laurentis)

2 tbs olive oil
2 Carrots, peeled and chopped
1 tbs minced onion
26 oz marinara sauce
28 oz chicken broth
15 oz white beans
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup macaroni
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick and Spicy Tomato Soup (Giada Di Laurentis)

Warm oil in lg. pot over med-high heat. Add the carrots, onion, and garlic (optional). Saute until soft, about 2 min. Add the marinara, broth, beans, pepper flakes, pasta, salt and pepper. Simmer X 10 min. Ladle into bowls and serve.
