Recipe Ingredients for Quick Spanish Rice

2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 cup Ragu sauce
1 cup water
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for Quick Spanish Rice

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper.

  2. When ground beef is done, drain grease and add ragu, water and rice in frying pan.

  3. Simmer until done.
