A quick way to give white rice a spicey kick

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Spanish Rice

1 tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Quick Spanish Rice

  1. Drain the juice from your can of diced tomatoes into a measuring cup, add the hot sauce and 1 tbsp of the cilantro. This should be about a cup of liquid if you need to add water to make it an even cup.

  2. Place liquid in pot and bring to a boil.

  3. Add in one cup of instant white rice ( follow directions on rice box)

  4. When the rice is finished add in the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and the rest of the cilantro and heat over a medium heat until the tomatoes are warmed.

  5. Enjoy!
