Flavorful spanish rice in minutes

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Spanish Rice

34 oz. tomato juice
2 cups instant white rice (not cooked)
14 1/2 oz. canned tomatoes
15 oz. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz. canned jalepeno peppers
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Quick Spanish Rice

  1. Heat medium saucepan to medium-high heat.

  2. Add rice and tomato juice, the rice will begin to cook in the pan. While it is cooking add the rest of the ingredients to the pan.

  3. Cook for 10 minute, until rice is tender.

  4. Top with cheese, salsa, or green onions. Chicken also tastes great in the mix.
