Quick and simple version of Spanish omelette, no time consuming at all, but as tasty as the original!

Recipe Ingredients for QUick Spanish Omelette

1 bag Ready Salted Crisps
4 medium Egg, Whole
1 small(70 g) Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for QUick Spanish Omelette

  1. Smash the bag of crisps until the content is reduced to crumbs.

  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the crisps.

  3. Chop the onion finely and let it caramelise in an antiadherent pan with a generous tablespoon of olive oil.

  4. Add the egg and crisps mix to the pan and quickly stir so that the onion is well distributed.

  5. Let it cook with low power, when the top only a bit liquid, place a plate on the pan, turn the omelette and put it back on the pan upside down.

  6. Let it cook for a bit more, and ENJOY!

  7. If you like juicy omelettes, a bit of water can be added to the eggs.

  8. You may wish to add an extra pinch of salt depending on your personal taste, but bare in mind that crisps do have some already!
