Small version of my favourite cake!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick, Simple, Easy Cake

1 egg
57 g flour
57 g margarine
57 g caster sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
25 g raisins
15 g almond
9 g coconut

Recipe Directions for Quick, Simple, Easy Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 200C

  2. Weigh egg.

  3. Measure out sugar, flour and margarine to the same weight as egg.

  4. Add egg and margarine to food processor. Mix.

  5. Add baking powder, flour and sugar. Mix.

  6. Remove blade/mixer.

  7. Add any combination of fruit/nuts/dessicated coconut to the same weight as the egg was.

  8. Stir well and place in a lined tin or casserole dish (you'll only need a small one).

  9. Bake for 30ish minutes until golden brown on top.

  10. Serve with hot custard, cream or on it's own.
